Data Operations

The Data Operations report displays data related to Create/ Read/ Update/ Delete (CRUD) statements by program. The total number of CRUD operations is displayed under respective columns and the total number of all other data-related operations (e.g., open cursor/ close cursor) is displayed under the Other column.

Users can open a detailed CRUD report for a program by clicking the hyperlinks under the Total Operations, Create, Read, Update, Delete, or Other columns. The detailed report will show the program statement identified as a CRUD, the line number in the program, type of the operation, data source(s) used in the statement, dataset name(s), and type. Users can also view the detailed report by operation type by clicking on the operation name tab at the top.
